Returns & Refunds Policies
Thank you for shopping with HelloDonutCat! We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. Before making a purchase, we ask that you carefully read our policy regarding refunds and returns.
🩷 All sales made on HelloDonutCat are final! We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please email me at hellodonutcat@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
🩷 Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Your order can no longer be cancelled once the item has shipped. To cancel an order, please send an email to hellodonutcat@gmail.com clearly stating so.
🩷 In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hellodonutcat@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. PLEASE INCLUDE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED ITEM AS IT WAS RECIEVED. We will be unable to help you if you cannot provide pictures. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair, at our discretion. Should the item become damaged at the fault of the customer (i.e. dropped, stepped on, etc) - even if by accident - then the sale is final and there will be no refunds or exchanges.
🩷 Any items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Shipping Policies
🩷 PROCESSING TIME: Items will typically ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
🩷 SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
🩷 SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
🩷 CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES: HelloDonutCat is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
🩷 LOST MAIL: HelloDonutCat is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and secure. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
